The general types of cold storage are fresh storage, cold storage, low temperature storage, quick freezing storage and food processing workshop.


Fresh storage warehouse (the storage temperature is generally 0℃ ~ 5℃)

It is mainly used for fresh meat, dairy products, fresh eggs, fruits and vegetables, so that the food is in a lower temperature environment, and the temperature is not lower than 0℃. In this environment, the food can be kept fresh as much as possible.

The recommended thickness of the library is δ100, and the general density is 40PU or 42PU. If the length of the board is too long (such as 8 meters or more), use 45PU or other.


Cold storage warehouse (the storage temperature is generally -15 ℃ ~ -18 ℃)

Mainly used for food refrigeration. Some foods are put into the cold storage from time to time, and at the same time, another part of the food is taken out of the cold storage from time to time. There is no specific requirement for the refrigeration time of the food, and the storage temperature is kept in the range of -15 ℃ to -18 ℃.

The recommended thickness of the library is δ100 or δ150. The general density is recommended to use 40PU or 42PU. If the length of the board is too long (such as 8 meters or more), 45PU is recommended.


Low temperature warehouse (the storage temperature is generally -22 ℃ ~ -25℃)

It is mainly used for food storage when the temperature is between -22 ℃ and -25℃. Under this temperature condition, the food will not deteriorate. For example, when ice cream is stored at a temperature higher than -25℃, it loses its own flavor. Seafood food is stored above this temperature, and its umami taste and taste are much worse. The characteristics of the low temperature warehouse are: irregularly and gradually put the food into the cold storage. It has strict requirement for the storage temeprature. 

The recommended thickness of the plate is δ150, and the density is recommended to use 45PU.


Quick-freezing warehouse (the storage temperature is generally below -30℃)

It is mainly used for quick freezing of food, such as quick-frozen meat, quick-frozen dumplings, quick-frozen vegetables, etc., and it is required to freeze the food within a limited time.

The recommended thickness of the plate is δ175 or δ200, the density is 45PU, the raw material is generally low temperature material, if other cold storage can reach -60 °C, it is recommended to use the thickness of the plate is δ200 and the density is 50PU.


Food processing workshop (the storage temperature is generally ±4℃ ~ -8℃)

Mainly used for cold processing of food, it includes four processes of cooling, freezing, freezing and thawing.

The recommended thickness of the library is δ100, and the general density is 40PU or 42PU. If the length of the board is too long (such as 8 meters or more), 45PU is recommended.
